Submission
All abstracts and papers should be
submitted electronically at:
https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/MOBIDE2010/
Manuscripts in the following categories will be considered for
publication in the ACM Proceedings of the 9th International Workshop
on Data Engineering for Wireless and Mobile Access: * Regular papers (max. 8 pages): The submission should describe
significant theoretical and/or experimental contributions to the area
of data management for mobile and wireless access. * Demo papers (max. 4 pages): The submission should describe the
architecture, implementation and usage of innovative tools or systems
that fit the context of the workshop. The presentation of demo papers
will be conducted in a designated session during the workshop (in the
form of short presentations). * Panel proposals (max. 2 pages): The submission should include the
panel objectives and the panel organization (names, addresses and
background of potential panelists). All of the submissions should be in PDF format and conform to the ACM
proceedings format (double-columned pages in 9pt font). The ACM
formatting guidelines are located here (see Option 2: Alternate Style). The format
of your submission must be for US Letter printing (8.5 by 11
inches). Note that A4 is not equivalent to US Letter. Submitted papers
must not have been published or currently be under consideration for
publication at another venue. All of the submissions will be handled electronically. Each paper will
be reviewed by at least three members of the program committee.
Detailed submission information will be posted on the website of the
workshop. The workshop proceedings will be published by ACM. Electronic versions
of the papers will be included in the ACM DL, DiSC'09 and DBLP. The paper abstracts should be in plain text (max. 200 words) and should be accompanied by a set of keywords. Full papers must be in PDF form. Full papers should be in the ACM proceedings format: at most 8 double-columned pages in 9pt font. The ACM formatting guidelines are located here (see Option 2: Alternate Style). The format of your submission must be for US Letter printing (8.5 by 11 inches). Note that A4 is not equivalent to US Letter. Papers that do not adhere to the formatting requirements, including over-length papers, may be rejected without review.
